Day 17: When you picture yourself reaching your ultimate goal weight, what do you picture? Explain where you are, what you are doing, how you are feeling and what you are wearing.
A much healthy slimmer happier self. For some reason I imagine myself at the upcoming MCM Expo being confident in myself and outer appearance.
I also picture myself in something different each time.

Day 16: Does anyone know that you are trying to lose weight? If so, what do they think about it? Are they supportive or non-supportive? How does that make you feel?
My boyfriend knows, he supports me.
He jogs, goes to the gym with me and helps me with my meals. I feel very appreciated.

Day 15: What kind of clothes do you wear when you are at your thinnest weight? (if you have never been there, what kind WOULD you wear?) Explain why and how you feel (or assume you would feel) in them.
I would wear alot more I don’t like saying it but fashionable clothes (I don’t really like following the trend) but sometimes I really like the clothes I see in the shops but it seems there always for the slimmer girl.
I think I would feel alot more confident in myself and that will reflect in my personality/mood.

Day 14: (You have made it 2 week! Congrats!) What kind of clothes do you wear when you are at your heaviest weight? Explain why and how you feel in them.
I tend to wear my baggy wolf tess I will never stop wearing them though. I felt comfortable in them because they are baggy but somedays I really wanted to wear something more girl appropriate I felt extremely uncomfortable in them.

Day 13: What is your least favorite exercise to do? Explain why. Now come up with ways you could make that exercise more fun! Ex: running - for every mile you run you get to buy yourself a small reward.
Push ups I’m extremely bad at them, I used to be able to do a load and now I can’t stand to do one.
I plan to work out my biceps and triceps more to then be able to do a healthy amount.
